The office

Aldridge & Charles Marine ("the office") is a private marine office providing yacht management, brokerage, refit oversight, charter, crew placement, detailing, engineering counsel, and concierge services to a retained roster of principals.

Engagement

Every engagement begins with a written letter of appointment that sets the scope, the retainer, the term, the deliverables, and any pass-through costs.

Fees

The office charges by retainer for management, project, and crew engagements, and by commission for brokerage transactions.

No referral fees

The office accepts no commission from yards, suppliers, brokers, vendors, classification societies, or any third party recommended in the course of an engagement.

Confidentiality

Every engagement is conducted under standing confidentiality. The office does not name its principals, its vessels, or its captains in any marketing, press, or website.

Termination

Retainer engagements may be terminated by either side on ninety days written notice.
